The former Hotel Huron and Lake Hotel at 201 west Huron street is eight market-rate apartments. The four story building dates back to the early 1880’s.
Interior design firm Ziegler Designs, LLC and Architectural firm Carmina Wood Morris are working in collaboration to re-store this historic building and completely transform the interior by adding high-end kitchens and bathrooms. The facade will be restored and existing interior architectural details will be incorporated into design scheme. This property will have luxurious finishes with a European flair. Top of the line appliances, kitchen cabinetry, tile, countertops, plumbing fixtures and lighting. This Hotel is a gem and will soon shine again. Renovations are set to begin in January 2010.
