This historic building was built in the early 1900’s. It was one of the first architecturally reinforced poured concrete buildings in the country.
After receiving many requests for Work – Live Lofts in Downtown Buffalo, the Kissling Interests has hired the Interior Design firm Ziegler Designs, LLC and Architectural Firm Camina Wood Morris to design 60 Work – Live Lofts. These spacious Lofts will have two bedrooms / work spaces, Kitchen, Living room, Two Bathrooms and a private laundry room. The kitchen and bathrooms will be innovative in design with high-end finishes. Raydoor sliding doors will be used to section off Bedrooms and work spaces to create an open and flexible floor plan for tenants. The location is fantastic. These lofts will allow people to work and live in a luxurious, functional and versatile space with the benefit of walking to Buffalo’s finest restaurants and destination points.
Construction is set to begin in March of 2011.
