This classic eight -story building was originally constructed in the 1930’s. It features a rooftop patio which has a panoramic view of the Buffalo area. The units feature hardwood floors and high ceilings. The Kissling Interests will begin construction in November 2010 to renovate all units, lobby, corridors and elevators.
Ziegler Designs, LLC and L2K Design have collaborated on Interior Design for this extensive renovation. They are working with SHPO to ensure all design is historically correct but yet meets the needs of existing tenants. Renovation details are as follows: New high-end kitchens, appliances, plumbing fixtures, countertops, tile, lighting, designer paint colors and re-finished hardwood floors.
